Shenyang's fourth Wanda Plaza -The Shenyang Olympic Wanda Plaza - opened on July 26.

Director of the Standing Committee of Shenyang Municipal People’s Congress Zhao Changyi, Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC Jiang Hong, Wanda Group Chairman Wang Jianlin and Vice Mayor of Shenyang Yang Yazhou all attended the celebrations along with a string of influential business leaders and celebrities.

During the opening ceremony, Wanda Group donated 500,000 yuan to the Shenyang Charity Federation for a scholarship fund.

The Olympic Wanda Plaza will become an important commercial landmark in the city's newly developed Hunnan District and will house a luxury five star hotel, business hotel, grade 5A office buildings, a Wanda mansion, fine department stores, supermarkets and Wanda cinemas.

The plaza will be used for commercial and a luxury five star hotel. The Olympic Wanda Plaza will offer a variety of fashionable clothing brands such as Uniqlo, West Link and Hot Wind. In addition to Starbucks, Pizza Hut and KFC, the plaza's "World of tastes" section will offer a full spectrum of Chinese cuisine as well as Western, Japanese, Korean and South East Asian food.

The project is expected to significantly affect the local economy, by elevating consumer spending and creating jobs for the service industry. The Wanda plaza is expected to become a future gathering place for local fashion lovers and trendsetters.
